Marco is the owner, director and master ninja troubleshooter at TEK IT UP Computer Services. With more than 18 years of experience in the I.T. field, he has pretty much seen (almost) every single computer problem under the sun. Now his focus is to redefine the way computer services are provided, from geeky, unfriendly and unreliable responses to right-to-the-point, honest and zero B.S.
Marco's goal is to fix your computer or I.T. problems fast, on time and on budget. He holds a BS (not that BS!) in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, an MBA from Xavier University, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a honorary black belt from the Chuck Norris Academy for Bad-Assery Advancement.
